On the occasion of Omri Miran’s second birthday as a Hamas hostage, a video has been released by the Palestinian terror group.

As Weeks reported, Miran was kidnapped from his home on 7 October 2023 by jihadist gunmen while trying to protect his wife and two young daughters. A video of the man has been published before and now he is back in front of the camera.

According to the footage, Miran is being held in good conditions and even received a small cake for his birthday. It is believed that Hamas intended the footage as a propaganda video. For most of the two-and-a-half-minute video, Miran calls on his fellow released prisoners to demonstrate for the release of the Israeli hostages. He also calls for a large demonstration in front of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s residence and says that Netanyahu’s supporters have already given up on them, some of whom would not care if they died.

He even mentions the US President, and says that no one should believe Netanyahu, and then mentions Donald Trump, who is the only powerful leader in the world who can put pressure on the Israeli Prime Minister.

At the end of the video, he lists Israeli political leaders with Netanyahu at the forefront, accusing them of being the reason for 7 October.

As we wrote earlier, a ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel offers hope for the release of hostages, including Omri Miran, a last Hungarian hostage, details HERE.
