South Buda to be turned into a hypermodern metropolis

Szeretlekmagyarorszag.hu writes that the graphic designs of the capital’s newest development have been presented. The investment that starts this year will incorporate the Kopaszi Dam region as well. According to the plans, A+ category dwelling houses, and 15-35 thousand m2 offices will be built at the coast of the Danube. The Danish Adept town planner office was entrusted with the development.

A new district is going to be constructed near a public park at the coast of the Danube in Buda. The Kopaszi Dam can be found there, which is a beloved relaxing spot in Budapest.

The South Buda region was also popular in the home and office market, so the park will stay as it is and new buildings will be constructed in places that are currently not used. And the technical equipment of the environmentally friendly offices will be adequate for 21st century expectations.

The appeal of the neighbourhood is enhanced by the fact that public transport has changed for the better with the expansion of tram N°1 and the inauguration of metro N°4. A part of the sunny homes with balcony or terrace will have a beautiful view of the Lágymányosi Bay and Danube.
