Exciting activities and extended opening hours await at over 50 spas and beaches across Hungary this weekend!

The Hungarian Bath Association is organising the Night of the Spas for the 16th time this Saturday, with fifty-one spas from across the country taking part in this year’s event.
More than 50 spas join this year
Hungarian spas prepare for each summer season with a wide range of programmes, and the Hungarian Bath Association supports national initiatives such as the Night of the Spas, which offers high-quality entertainment for fans of late-night swimming, according to their press release sent to MTI on Tuesday.

They highlighted that more than fifty locations nationwide—including the Harkány Thermal and Open-Air Spa, the Gyula Castle Bath, the Aquaticum Debrecen Bath, and theHagymatikum Thermal Bath in Makó will offer a variety of events for attendees to choose from.

Exciting programmes: Japanese day, foam parties, beauty pageants
Family-friendly activities will run during the day as well, including face painting, animation programmes, beach volleyball, and aquafitness. Visitors can also enjoy beach, pool, cocktail, balloon, and foam parties, along with music and dance events. Beyond concerts and DJs, guests can experience foam parties in Berettyóújfalu, Debrecen, and Miskolc; a beauty contest in Marcali; a Zumba night in Leányfalu; a piano evening in Zalakaros; a Caribbean show in Igal; and even a themed Japanese Day in Ráckeve.

Participating spas can set their own opening hours for the Night of the Spas. Most locations will remain open until midnight, though some will host events as late as 1 or 2 a.m. Several venues will also offer special discounts for those coming to enjoy night-time swimming.
