History: The Battle Of Nándorfehérvár (Belgrade) On An Awesome Animation

The TörténelmiAnimációsEgyesület (Historcial Animation Association) recreated the animated version of the glorious Battle of Nándorfehérvár with the help of the Total War video games’ engine.
The Battle of Nándorfehérvár took place in 1456 and resulted in a Hungarian victory over the Ottomans. That way the Europeans were able to keep the Turkish threat away. Pope Callixtus II ordered to ring every bell at noon for the Christian armies at Nándorfehérvár. Since then, the noon bell is a reminder of the glorious victory.
The animation itself was made with the engine of the famous Total War video series. The complete movie will be released on 22 July, on the anniversary of the battle.
The team’s previous big project was to animate the Battle of Mohács, where the Turkish defeated the Hungarian forces.
