The legendary Dobó, Gárdonyi, and Végvári Vitézek Square dressed in Christmas lights for the market, and the scenery of the Castle of Eger makes it even more special during the evenings.

The market has special concerts for children, a free ice-skating rink, an Ice Palace with dreamy and magical programs, but visitors can even bake Christmas cakes as well. For the adults, a wide variety of mulled wine, gastronomical specialities, wines, and Christmas menus are available.
