Here is how much Hungarian career starters would like to earn

The net monthly salary expectations of young Hungarian career starters seeking entry-level positions rose to HUF 383,000 from HUF 308,000 last year, recruiting site Profession.hu told MTI on Friday.

Salary expectations of new graduates of business and technical universities averaged around HUF 400,000. Jobseekers with at least ten years of experience in business or technical fields expected to take home between HUF 675,000 and HUF 700,000 a month.

Profession.hu has 265,000 graduates registered in its database. Most of them studied at the Budapest University of Economics and Business, the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, the University of Debrecen, Eötvös Loránd University and the University of Szeged.
