30km dual carriageway inaugurated in Cetral Hungary

A 30 kilometre section of the M4 dual carriageway south-east of Budapest was inaugurated on Friday.

The stretch between Üllő and Albertirsa cost net 52 billion forints (EUR 154.1m) to construct. It was built by Duna Aszfalt and EuroAszfalt.

The M4 now runs for a distance of almost 45 kilometres, from the M0 ring road around the capital to Cegléd, near Szolnok.

The M4 was built entirely with state monies.
