Any person claiming to be the daughter of the late Mária Ilona Sved (born Sarközy, date and place of birth: Soltvadkert, Bács-Kiskun county, Hungary, 25.04.1934) and Ilona Ilona (born Schroth), last place of residence: Magliaso (Switzerland), place of death: Magliaso (Switzerland), date of death: 2023. 22.01.2023 (widowed), apply within one year of the date of publication of this notice to the Court of the 4th District of Lugano, Switzerland (address: Via Bossi 3, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland), with documents proving her relationship.

The succession will then pass to the heirs of the deceased based on the application for succession.
