In his speech on the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war, MEP Márton Gyöngyösi (Non-attached) highlighted that a country is not just made up of roads, buildings and other infrastructure, but of people with mental needs. According to the MEP the reconstruction of Ukraine is unthinkable without giving the proper mental aid to traumatised Ukrainian people.
