Rouhani pledges to boost ties with Hungary

Tehran, December 1 (MTI) – Iran’s president vowed to boost ties with Hungary after meeting Prime Minister Viktor Orban on Tuesday.
Hassam Rouhani said their respective governments should work together to ensure that cooperation is intensified in the private sector.
He said both countries see terrorism “the utmost symbol of violence and extremism in the world”. Success in fighting terrorism can only be achieved through collective global efforts, he added in a statement released on the president’s website.
The statement said Orban had described his talks with Iranian officials as forward-looking and he said the groundwork had been laid for boosting scientific and research ties between the two countries.
Orban wrapped up his two-day official visit with the talks with Rouhani.
